Dental screenings as part of the Hearing, Dental, Vision Form #3300 required for school entry are available at health department clinics. 

District Oral Health Program:

The Northeast Health District Oral Health Program offers:

  • School dental screenings
  • School oral health education Pre-K to 5th grade
  • HeadStart student and parent oral health education
  • Free fluoride varnish program for qualifying HeadStart students
  • Participate in local health fairs
  • Adult oral health education: Special Needs and Elderly
  • Oral health education for WIC program
  • District 10 Health Department and School nurses’ oral health education
  • Oral health screenings at Specialty Care Clinic
